The four elements are Air, Water, Fire, and Earth. It is believed that balancing elements in our life can help ground and center us, promoting health and healing. I created this spread to ascertain the state of elemental balance in my life; that is, which element/s were under-represented in my life and which were over-represented--and how to balance each.
