“Mermaids are magical spiritual helpers who exist on the etheric plane, and who are ready to assist us…Dolphins are the mermaids’ physical companions, playmates, and co-workers. They bring magical otherworldly energy to Earth, and remind us of the importance of playfulness.” – From the Guidebook
The Magical Mermaids and Dolphins Oracle Cards is a 44-card deck aimed at helping individuals manifest desires, life purpose, and divinely inspired dreams. Framed in lush pastels, the paintings and photomontages by various artists reflect the ethereal, playful, and vibrant world of mermaids and dolphins.
Each card in this deck features a theme at the top and a word of advice at the bottom. The 63-page booklet elaborates on each card theme, which is arranged alphabetically. Some of the cards include:
Stay Optimistic – “Your dreams are coming true. Don’t quite right before the miracle occurs.”
Pay Attention – “Notice repetitious sings and your inner guidance, as this can yield valuable information.”
Break Free – “Try different ventures and experiences as a way to grow and learn.”
Set Your Sights Higher – “Increase your standards, and expect more for yourself. Don’t settle!”
Self-Employment – “You’re a born entrepreneur, and your business is surrounded by magical opportunities.”
Rest - “You’ve been working hard. Take a nap and get some rest.”
Simplify Your Life – “Eliminate clutter from your home and work life to balance the flow of activities.”
Alchemy – “You have the Midas touch right now, and every project you begin turns to gold.”
Most of the images in the Magical Mermaids and Dolphins Oracle are stunning. I’ve used this oracle several times since getting it, and the messages have been accurate. I feel this deck works best with one-card readings; at least, that’s what seems to work best for me. If you enjoy the playfulness and mystery of the seas—especially if you resonate with mermaids and dolphins—this would be a lovely oracle to consult and add to your collection. The energy reminds me of the Magical Unicorns Oracle Cards, but this deck is more “grown up”. Both are good choices for uplifting, gentle wisdom that celebrate innocence, hope, and wishes.
